Zt 0900

Cons on ZT knives: bearings are directly against the titanium handle. This produces ZT's awesome slightly hydraulic smoothness, but also leaves the titanium liable to be dented by the bearings in rare cases. This isn't theory crafting, this actually happened to me. My 0606CF actually had some bearing dents from the factory. It took me a hell of a long time to work that denting out. It's smooth now, so the issue is fixable, but it was painful.

Other than that I don't have much. The 0900 is awesome, but that's about all I got for you

I have a plain Ti and a BLU. 0900 is a fantastic flipper! The detent on my plain Ti is fairly strong, but the flipper tab is long for the blade size, sticking out more or less 90 degrees from the pivot. "Thwack!" Every time the blade hits the stop pin, it puts a smile on my face!

My BLU had a softer detent. Even though it deployed reliably, I adjusted the lock bar slightly to get the same effect.

It carries well, even though the flipper tab can be a bit rough on other things in the pocket. It's such a cool little overbuilt knife! I toss it around without worrying about messing it up. I think it's one of ZT's best.

Get one now!

Edit to add one potential con: thick and short blade, so it's not the best slicer (though it's not as bad as you might think). I don't care! I love it anyway!
