ZT 150 Owners - Sheath Question?

If you own a Zero Tolerance 150 Dagger, then I have a few questions about the sheath:

1. Could the rubber retaining strap be removed (I take it that it is not removable as an option) ?

2. Is the clip removable as an option and if not could it be removed without destroying the sheath?

3. Does the flange (near the rubber strap) need to be pushed to remove the knife or does pulling on the knife handle alone cause the flange to release the knife?
