Does anyone know the overall width of this knife? It looks like a top notch knife. Unfortunately I can't actually find one at this time where I live...in middle of nowhere Montana. How does it copare to Benchmade's Skirmish or Spydercos Military? Any input would be reatly appreciated. Also, where's a good online source to buy this?

Hi there,

Just measured mine, it's about 1.75 inches wide (at the widest point) and aboit 1/2 think.

It's a bull of a knife, great fit and finish. A big beefy folder than will not let you down.

Check out new graham for a great online dealer

Great knife....beefy is...well a good description. LOL It's a hefty little tank of a knife....I carry it off and on its a tad heavy for anything beyond a pair of jeans. :D

I have both the ZT-302, and the Spyderco CF BG-42 Millie. I think you're comparing apples to oranges.
The ZT is a tank of a knife, it will need a belt pouch, trust me. It's a great slicer, for it's size the assisted opener snaps it open fast enough for me.

the CF, BG-42, Millie is a liner lock that's feather light for it's blade size. So far I haven't heard of any failures of the lock, which in my opinion would be the achilles heal of this knife.
My vote would be for the CF, BG-42 Millie, (ease of carry). Then the ZT, (for the features already described).
