how do you sharpen a recurve? I can sharpen most knives, but this is the first recurve I have owned. Thanks, Jason

The best way that I've found to sharpen a recurve blade is by using a Spyderco Sharpmaker, or something along those lines.

tough question... for me I vary the angle of the blade as I draw across the ceramic rods (I try to only touch up blades so they never get dull). I just take my time and check it a lot
