Looking for thoughts from zt350 owners. Anyone edc one? How does it pocket carry. Has anyone put a deep carry clip on it and did that make it easier to carry. Thank in advance

I edc'd a 0350 for over two years. I absolutely love that knife. I never bothered looking into a deep carry clip because I never had an issue with the standard clip. It sits well in the pocket and doesn't feel very big. It's a great knife for the price also. My 0350 trades time now with my 0801 which I also highly recommend.

I de assisted my 0350 and edc it occasionally now. It s a fine knife, but a little heavy.

I haven't found any ZT I like better than the 0350. Mine is also deassisted because I like to have control over the speed of deployment. And the detent is strong enough that it really doesn't need the torsion bar. Pretty simple matter to open it up and remove it.

It's not too big and not too small and I love the design. Comes in several flavors (blade steel and scale material). Mine is just the standard black G10 and stonewashed S30V, but I might pick up one in M390 if I can find one at a good price.

I nearly bought one at Field and Stream a few months ago. I'm not keen on the assisted mechanism first of all, but it was just too big. My knife has to share a pocket with my wallet, and it just wasn't happening. Also had nightmares about that pocket clip since it was the same one that came on the Skyline I had, lol. I really like the 0350, but I couldn't do it. What I like is that it's a big, solid piece. It's nice and smooth, it doesn't have a frame lock, and it just plain looks cool. I probably would have taken it home with me had it worked better in my pocket. For clarity, I used to wear 38/30 jeans, and had no problems with pocket space. Today I wear a 29/30, and it's like the pockets are half the size. Just for context.

I haven't carried my 0350 in a while. Ergos on it were great, but it didn't carry well in my right front pocket (where I usually carry my EDC blade). I ended up doing tip-down, right-back pocket for this one (and its bigger sibling, the 0301). I never tried putting a deep carry clip on mine.

I like it tip up front right jean's pocket the most. I have the tiger strip serrated variant. The clip is fairly tight so I wouldn't carry it wearing corduroys. For that I love the wire clips on the Spyderco Sage 1.

I had one with a deep clip. Good knife. Carried well. I ended up selling it for a 0556 because I just liked that knife better. The 0350's recurve was really the deciding factor. Didn't feel like learning how to work that on a stone. That's not a knock on the knife, just me being lazy. :).

I have the carbon and the g10 0350 and like it. The g10 feels much better but carbon looks better. It is a decent size knife but carries pretty good. I do not edc the same knife everyday, but wouldn't mind this one if I had to.
Size is about equal to my manix 2.

I got one, that i sold later on. Didn't like it, but I really wanted to, after a year I bought another one. Ended up selling it again.

The G-10 was very coarse and shredded my pocket. It was short, heavy and blocky and I didn't like carrying it. Ergonomics didn't do it for me, mainly because of the shortish handle. It was built very good though and quality was excellent.

I EDC a ZT 0350 for a while and loved it! I still own it and love it, but now my EDC has changed. I still carry my 0350 sometimes for "old times" sake. Still love that knife though. I have always used the standard pocket clip and never had a problem.

Here's a picture.

Very comfortable as long as I don't need to grab anything in my pocket.

That was my experience as well. In and of itself, it carried just fine. But since my wallet and keys also share that pocket, was just a bit too crowded. It carried just fine in back pocket for me.

I've been carrying a 350 the past few weeks. I tend to keep it in the coin pocket of my jeans which keeps it nicely out of the way of all my other crap, but easily accessible when I need it. While it's not my favourite ZT (I'm a huge fan of the 550), I do really like it and it seems to be the one speaking to me at the moment.

I don't have a ZT 0350, but I do have a ZT 0360.SKD and like it quite a bit for EDC. I think the SKD variant makes the 0350 even better from a carry standpoint Someday I'll get a deep carry clip for it.

I carried mine on occasion before I sold it to a member on here. Honestly I kind of miss it. It carried well and I liked the overall build quality.
