Just received my ZT500 from Mattdtactical.com. He ships fast and is a reliable guy based on my experience (2nd knife from Matt)
Damn thing already bit me.
It is not really what I expected. It is a lot more beefy than I thought and just feels like a user to me. I like the ways it grips and is very steady in the hand. The lock up seems very solid. I personally do not like the DLC coating. I would prefer the satin finish I have on my Digi Camo ZT 300 Tad Gear version because it seems the coating drags through cardboard. Overall it is a beefy solid knife like most ZT's and the clip allows it to ride really low in the pocket. Kind of heavy for EDC but definitely a BOB or truck knife.
Definitely a keeper.

Had to sell both my ZT0200 and ZT0500 this past summer, but now, with things back on track, I have a ZT0200 and ZT0500 coming my way in a couple of weeks. I will be evr so happy to have the MUDD riding my right pocket again!!:thumbup:
