I took my new MUDD to the beach yesterday. I didn't bring it in the water of course but left it in my backpack. It still ended up covered in beach sand and salt water. I hosed it off when I got home and then hit it with a few blasts from the air compressor. Good to go! Didn't have to strip it down, clean, lube etc; I'm really going to like this knife!

well it's built like a dust/waterproof tank
no need to do other than washing or dusting, it's sealed

Great knife, to bad its stopped production from Kershaw, will have to get a custom in future.

Now go get it dirty again!
