zt 550 Gen 1 or Kershaw Breakout???

If u only had the money for one of these two knives which one would u pick?? Ive never held eithier one so im having some trouble deciding which to pick up tomorrow on pay day.....

The breakout is black.....its the only one ive come across and its a blem. Did come across a few new Rogues tho but are st knives and i dont care for them.

I keep thinking breakout because its alot harder to find there are 0550s everywhere...but i hear how great a knife the 0550 is and feel i need one lol

I'd go for a breakout as long as the price was good. You can pick up a nice lnib 0550 or even a nib 0550 for pretty darned cheap these days.

Snatch up the Breakout now, get the 0550 when you build funds back up! The Breakout is a great thin, light knife, lots of fun. They fire really hard. So hard that some examples fail to lock open because the blade bounces off of the stop pin before the lock has a chance to engage; the simple fix is to loosen your grip a bit when opening. The difference in button spring tension is noticeable between the two, so I would guess that might be the root cause. Anyway, either way you go you will enjoy!
