I was wanting to make a stabilizer for my zero tolerance 0550, out of a bullet, what size bullet would i need? All i know is that a .38 acp will not work as it is to big. had anyone made one for their 0551 or 0550?

Put a bbl with a faster twist on it,or use a lighter bullet.Seriously though I have no idea what you are talking about, maybe you could explain?

I was to remove the lock bar stabilizer from my zero tolerance 0550 knife and replace it with the end of a bullet (where the primer is).

If a .380 ACP is too big, then a 9x19mm will also be too big. You might want to look at something like a .32 ACP or a .25 ACP.

Oh,I see,by the way the bullet is the thingy that goes down the barrel. You are talking about the case or brass.

Thats a shell casing...the bullet is the projectile...your nomenclature is whats confused everyone...

Why not just measure the width of the lock bar stabilizer in mm or 10ths of an inch and then find a casing that matches. It would be much easier than guessing...

You can buy one on Rick Hinderers site. I think its a .45acp. Pretty expensive though.
