I've gone over the specs of both knives and the size difference isn't an issue. Yes there are other differences and the 566 is about $20 cheaper. I've read about the steels for both knives, and I've heard they are "basically" the same steel by different manufacturers. Would you rather pay $20 less for the 566 or is the 562 with 204P the better way to go?
