The edge on mine certainly isn't impressive out of the box,
quite wide and not very sharp.
I've spent a little time with a Sharpmaker at 40 deg. and sharpened it up but
it's not a great cutter as is.
Any thoughts on going with a 30 deg. inclusive bevel on an 801 Elmax blade,
would be appreciated.
