Just wanted to post a thanks to the folks that design and manufacture the Zero Tolerance line of knives (KAI/ZT).

The ZT 0200 and ZT MUDD are two of my favorite "get it done" knives.

Even though the pics may not show it - I have used these pretty hard, and they behave like some of my $400-$500 knives.

If you are into hard use value knives - you owe it to yourself to pick up a few of these.

I used to have a ZT 0301, but it just wasn't getting much pocket time - I kept falling back on these two. I am sorry I got rid of it - should have kept it in the collection. I plan on picking up a 0551 as soon as the smoke clears and the supply catches up.

Keep up the great work.

Anyone else want to share their ZT family pics / share some experiences???

+1. The 0551 I'm carrying is broken in such that it's hard to tell the difference between this wonderful $200 knife and some well regarded customs. The action feels like IKBS, the lockup is amazingly strong and the F&F is top of the heap.

All I can say is Dang! What a knife!

HOME RUN ZT and Rick Hinderer!

I would have to agree. I've got a MUDD, 301, 551 and previously had a 350 and all of them have been a hell of a value for the price spent. Functionally they hold their own with the higher end hard use production knives.

What everyone else said :thumbup::thumbup:

I got my first ZT (0200) for Christmas, and have been using the hell out of it, and loving every minute. Been looking at the 2011 catalog and allotting some tax return money accordingly :D

I don't have any pics of my own knives, but the two that are my favorites are the same as yours, 0200 and 0500! Both are awesome knives indeed and are both an excellent value. As you said, they do behave like more expensive knives, especially in the fit/finish department, and strength of build.

I'm just glad I was able to pick up a ZT0500 beforw they all got gone!:)

I haven't tried any of there fixed blades yet, but am thinking about the ZT0600 as a clean and simple example.

I have the 0300, 0200, and 0551

I'd like to get a 0301 or 0302 and the new models for 2011 look great.

I absolutely love Zero tolerance, I can't say anything negative about them whatsoever.

Best knife I ever owned was an 0302. That thing was built literally tougher than a tank.

I have an 0350 and an 0400ST. These are some of the best knives I've owned. A couple of years ago, I kind of disregarded the ZT line as kind of "blocky" or "tacticool", but since I've started buying and using them, I find that they are some of the best-made production knives, IMO. And not only are they built like tanks, but they are excellent cutters as well. I'm planning on an 0551, eventually.

I should get one of these. I was looking at them earlier, but then I saw that the Kershaw Spec Bump was being cleared out and figured I should jump at the chance. Kind of like a cheaper ZT, with the A/O, S30V, G-10, and recurve...

I have a 310, got it for christmas, and it truly is a beast. Just like everyone keeps saying, these knives simply wont quit. Along with the finish, the blade seems to hold an edge very well

I've owned a spec bump and I own a zt 0200.. The 0200 is what the spec bump "should" have been. They are very similar, but the 0200 seems perfect.

Here are a couple pictures of mine:

I couldn't agree more with you Jim! I just recently acquired two 350's (0350KW and 0350CB) and they are just top notch in every respect. I love these knives!

Much better pics than mine Heiheit.

You need to get that 0200 dirty - it's a pack mule!!!
