Anyone know if the benchmade will survive saltwater exposure, blade liners and all? Looking at a salt 1 for fishing right now but would rather have that benchmade if it'll survive getting dropped in the ocean a couple times.

Spydercos are CE (combo edge) rather than PE (plain edge). ;)

Some good deals here. Good luck with the sale.

The X15T.N blade steel from BM is their corrosion resistant line. It is very similary to Spyderco's H1 steel. X15T.N is not as corrosion resistant as H1, but it does hold an edge longer, and is still a very rust resistant steel. Also, there are stainless steel liners in the BM.
