ZT Ti-side question

Anyone ever see/do the Ti side of a ZT0300 series up like the DGG SNGs?

The ZTs Ti is dark gray/blackish and I think it would look good with a shinier finish.

Is the stock ZT's Ti-side painted??

I'm having my already customized ZT pimped further and was wondering about getting the Ti to look like this SNG below. (courtesy of Mr. Clean's great pic in the exchange)

I was thinking the same thing. I was close to sanding the Ti scale on my 0301 for the same look. The Ti side does have some kind of coating on it.

I'm pretty sure it's anodized to match the G-10 coloring.
