ZT Warranty Response Time?

Hey all, I contacted ZT about needing a new pocket clip for my 0560 last Wednesday, May 29th. I received an automated e-mail almost immediately, stating it would take around 3 days for someone to respond, and not to reply to this e-mail. Well, I haven't heard anything back yet. Is my best bet to give them a call, rather than e-mail again? This is not my first time dealing with the warranty department with ZT or Kershaw, and the other times the responses were very prompt. Thanks in advance.
 
You could call... I just sent an email a couple of weeks ago, for some screws... I never got a reply other than the automated one, but the parts showed up about a week later. So, they're probably "enroute", unless you needed something special.

I was thinking this is what was most likely going to happen. I'll give them a call this afternoon though. Thanks.
