Hey all, I contacted ZT about needing a new pocket clip for my 0560 last Wednesday, May 29th. I received an automated e-mail almost immediately, stating it would take around 3 days for someone to respond, and not to reply to this e-mail. Well, I haven't heard anything back yet. Is my best bet to give them a call, rather than e-mail again? This is not my first time dealing with the warranty department with ZT or Kershaw, and the other times the responses were very prompt. Thanks in advance.
