ZT washer sizes 0550 0620

Im interested in possibly changing out some PB washers.

What are the OEM washer sizes on the 0550 and 0620CF? I need inner/outer diameter and thickness.

Also, is it possible to get a larger diameter washer in either knife without interfering with the functions?

Any bigger and it'll interfere with the lock bar side. If you want new washers, get in touch with ZT. They'll send you everything youll need to rebuild the knife, hardware- wise, for free. They're among the very best for customer service.

If you have the knife, digital caliber (or analog if you want) should be enough. Just take it apart and get those measurements from those stock ones. Should be easy. Please don't exploit ZT's excellent customer service if you really don't need those parts.

Don't worry gentleman, I would never exploited the ZT warranty and ruin it for all of us. I was just wondering if I could do it on my own. Thanks for the responses!

Good point. I was thinking that the washers were worn or damaged, in which case I'd ask for new ones from the fine folks at ZT. I asked for a new pocket clip for my 20th St and they sent me every piece I'd need for a complete rebuild. They're certainly generous and very supportive of their customers.
