ZT with off center blade

My ZT0566 came out of the box with a really off center blade, I tried loosening the pivot which fixed the problem but at the cost of serious horizontal play. Is there anyway I could fix it? Or will I have to send it in to ZT for warranty? How long would that take?

Zt's customer service usually turns things arond within 2 weeks for me.

That being said both my Zt 0200 and 0550 came slightly off center and slightly rough while opening them.
On the search for a solution i found this thread last year.

The paper trick has always worked for me on all of my knives, and it sure beats going though warranty. It just takes a little time and youll have a perfectly centered blade and that means a tighter pivot while still being smooth and within tolerances.
