Got this knife and my new ZT0200 earlier today. My initial impression? to sum it up in a single word, EXCELLENT!:thumbup:
This is a very slim knife and handles like a dream. It starts out at .167" at the rear, and slims down to about .125" near the tip. Razor sharp from the box, and fit/finish is right on the money. The machined G-10 grips feel really comfortable in my hand, and rounded on the edges of the handle scales should help stop any hot spots from forming. I love the clip point blade, and it's tip is like a needle, but should stand up to normal knife use, and most likely to hard use. Grinds are even on both sides of the blade. The kydex sheath is very nice and really grips the knife so that it would probably stay in the sheath without the retainer strap it has. Over time though it will loosen up so the retainer strap is a nice option to have. The belt clip is going to give it a high ride as it comes from the box and I like that.
As I said in my other thread, this is a simple knife that has a lot of goodies, IMO. Just a straight forward clip point blade that will handle a great deal of what you need a 5.0" bladed fixed blade to handle.
Oh yeah, the ZT0200 is also excellent out of the box. Razor sharp, rock solid lockup, great fit/finish, and it now has a fold over clip on it!! My Spyderco ti Military, and Lion Steel SR-1 V will have to take a rest for a while as the 0200 is going in the pocket for a bit.
