I had a problem with my ZT0200. I'm sorta, alright, I'm super dooper ANAL about certain things. One of those is to have the screws as tight as I can get them on my knives. On my 0200 I had tightened the frame screws and accidently stripped two of the standoffs on one side. My rememdy was in the form of JB Weld! Well, it held, did the JB Weld:p:D Being the anal person I am I just couldn't stand to leave it like it was and I emailed Thomas asking him who I should contact about getting new standoffs and new screws. I was also going to pay since it was definately MY fault. Well, in todays mail a little package from Kershaw arrived and inside were screws, standoffs, AND the little Kershaw tool that has the two torx bits and a phillips screw driver bit:D:thumbup:all at NO cost!:D:D:D

So, the ZT0200 problem is taken care of with the new standoffs and screws all in place and the 0200 in my right front pocket. All I can say about Thomas, and Kershaw Customer Service is YA'LL ARE OUTSTANDING!!!

way. Kershaws CS is and I expect will always be 2nd to none!!!

Yep, top notch. Thomas originally asked me if I wanted to send it in, or if I wanted them to send the screws/standoffs out. Can you imagine ANY other company giving you that option?:D:thumbup:

Wow! that is impressive. I have never had to deal with Kershaw's CS dept. but that is about as good as CS gets!! I just wish more companies were as easy to deal with
