ZT0300 vs the newer product lines

We can't really tell because we can't compare the already released models to the ones that are waiting to be produced - not all went to Blade and handled the knvies. Different blade steels, designs, price points all make for a comparable experience.
EDit: I really want one of the 0777s.

as far as i am concerned, the 0300 is a knife that you can beat the snot out of and not worry about it. the 056x seems like more of a every day folder and 07x0 seem a little bit more like souped up kershaws. That is awesome, but not the same as the 0300. in short, if i am going to want to beat the living crud out of a knife, i go with the 0300. if i want it to excel at everything EDC and be a very fun knife, i go for the 056x or the 07x0.

I think it compares pretty well (though honestly, not much really compares to the 0777).
Build and construction is similar to the 0560/1. 3D machined handles and good ergonomics. Of course it doesn't have the weight benefits of the 0560's milled out handles. The speedsafe pretty much makes up for the flippability of The KVT.

Based on specs, I'd throw the 0560 to be as tough if not more so than the 0300. It's got the same construction, but also has a super-steel of sorts. The 0777 is, from what I've seen from BLADE photos, to be the Lamborghini of folding knives. It'll excel at doing fast sort of tasks and is very lightweight and strong. I wouldn't go prying stuff apart with it though, it's too purdy :D

I've fondled the 560 and the 777 respectively...Neither are slabs like the 300. Think oh so nimble on the 777.
