watch the "production knives" for sale forum..Every now and again one pops up. Ive kind a been looking myself. Sorry, not much help I know.
 
I just picked up a used one at a gun show this weekend. I'm not a huge 'collector' per se, but have ended up owning some really nice knives over the years just because I liked the design. A friend recommended I check out the ZT line for a fixed blade and that's when I stumbled on the 300 series. Now I'm absolutely hooked on this design. The 302 I bought has some noticeable wear (mostly just light surface scratches on the blade and clip), but it was priced accordingly. Plus I wanted one more for EDC use than collecting, so the light wear means I don't have to worry about babying a $300 blade.

There was another dealer who also had a 302 that was a tiny bit nicer for the same price. I was really tempted to pick it up, too, but didn't. If he's still got it at the next show, I'll probably grab it. I like the look of the 301 maybe a little better, but ultimately don't care that much. If I do pick it up, I'd probably trade for a 301.
