Just showed up at my door today. A Blem from Dave.

Very nice....

Fires open real nice with the flipper. Lock's up great with no play at all. Blade is well centered. Seems like a terrific carry knife.
Matches up great with my 0550.

Too bad it's not mine. :grumpy:

My son turns 14 in a few days. I think he will be happy.:thumbup:

Can't speak to the JYD but I far prefer the 350 over the Blur for edc. I have big hands and the Blur just got lost in my grip all the time, but the 350, while taking a little while to get used to, is a fantastic blade for that purpose, big enough to feel like a big knife without totally taking over your pocket.

The 0350 is a really nice blade I a sure your son will love it!

+1 for the 0350 over EDC over the blur. I have small/medium hands but like the feel of larger handles and the shape of the 0350 handle is pretty flat so it doesn't feel cumbersome. That's just my opinion.

Here's my Blur next to my ZT 350....carry wise...the ZT really feels like nothing with the amount of knife you are getting. Feels really good in the hand and confident. Reverse grip is even better.
