ZT0550 Thumb Stud Question

I've never run into this before and I didnt notice it right off but the stud is loose and actually comes out if pushed directly on one side or the other. I've tried this on some of my other knives and the 550 is the only one that does it. Anyone else have this happen to them? Havent had a chance to call on it yet due to work.
 
Nope, never had it happen, but it's the sort of thing that can on very rare occasions happen with press-fit thumb studs if the size of the thumb stud and the hole are just a bit off. Obviously, it's not normal, and I'm sure Kershaw will take care of you when you have a chance to call them about it.
