ZT0550 Up and Down Play

My ZT0550 has already developed some very minute up and down play, and it appears that I'm going to have to send it in. I tried a couple of the popular methods for fixing this, but they didn't seem to work. I'd be lying if I said this wasn't a little disappointing, but I'm sure you guys will fix it.

UPDATE: Got off the phone with a very nice woman at the Warranty Department earlier (I should have gotten her name) who said my knife would "absolutely be covered and repaired under warranty." So I sent the knife USPS with tracking and insurance and now I just have to wait on the process to do its thing. I have to say it feels good to know this will be fixed, but the waiting game is no fun!

ive only had great customer service with them I have sent in 2 zts for warranty work and both times is was handled extremely well

Yeah I have no doubts when I get it back the problem will be fixed! I just kind of wish the problem didn't exist, but I had serial number 25 so obviously in a first run of anything by any company you may run into a couple of minor issues. I know they had this issue with some of the earlier ZT0551s too, so hopefully as the manufacturing goes on everything will get tightened up.
