ZT0560, is it normal for the lock bar to move under pressure?

I'm very happy with my 0560.

Is it normal for the lock bar to move under pressure? It moves slightly, and that allows the blade to move just a little bit up and down. This is not a problem, I just want to know if it's normal.

It's hard for me to explain how it moves, but I'll try.
If it moves up and down when locking and unlocking, it moves sideways under pressure. Do you understand?
 
I wouldnt worry about it. My 0301 does that too, not much but it happens.

If Im doing any heavy cutting Im going to have a strong grab on the knife and that will secure the lock bar in place, plus there shouldnt be any real reason to apply much pressure to the spine. So the small amount of play wont effect anything, IMO.
 
Sounds like the lockbar needs more tension....the blade should have no play in any direction.

One hand holding the handle, and the other hand on the blade moving it up and down. Since I don't cut stuff with a dull spine it wont cause any trouble for me, I'm just checking if it's normal.
