I have a ZT200 and think it is the finest knife I have ever owned. If a man likes the 200, will he like the 300? It is much heavier? Does it cut as good? I think a 200 and a 300 would be a heck of a pair. I am sure some of you have both.
 
The 300 is a different beast entirely. Different handle shape, heavier, wider blade, A/O, different blade shape.

Cuts different, balanced different, Feels different...

Try it out at a local shop and see if you like it or not.
 
I have a 0200 and prefer my 0301 and 0302.

B2Q6 is right, the 03XX line is quite a bit different than the 0200 for all the reasons he named, plus S30V verses 154CM steel. Personally; I think the 0300 is more comfortable in-hand and is a bit more of a beast, which I like. I also prefer the SpeedSafe and titanium framelock on the 03XX series. They both use the same thickness blade stock, but the 0200 is a bit thinner ground toward the tip and has just a bit longer blade. In use, you hardly notice the difference in length, but the tip on the 0300 definitely strikes me as stronger.
 
IMO the 301 is the best folder ZT has to date and yes I have had a 0551.
 
I don't own any knives in the 300 series I do own a 0200 tho. I want a 0303 but price is my biggest problem. I think for the money the 200 is a better bargain. Just from what I have read on this forum the 200 is actually perferred over the 300's.
The 300's aren't much heavier. 7.8 vs 8.6 oz's
The 200's stab better cause they have a better point. I am not sure about cutting. But there was a test on youtube where he tested the 0301 and the 0200 and the 0200 did better at cutting.
If you have any extra money get me a 0301 while your at it. :)
