Seems like I made a post sorta like this sometime ago, of course with different items.....at least I think so. Just blame the Bushmills if this is a repeat!

Anywho, I just got off the phone with Annie (the new Mary Beth) at NGK. I have placed my order for my 4th ZT0200!! with the other 3 having been sold, two because I made a little more than I had in them , and one for the lawyer:grumpy:. There is not much to say about this knife that hasn't already been said so I'll go on to the light part of the post, btw, I think I'll keep this one!

I find myself buying flashlights everytime I buy a new knife, especially shopping at NGK, this go round was another Olight T-10. Already had bought one but gave it to my cousin for a birthday present. If you haven't tried one of these they are a great light. Much like the Fenix lights with a few changes for the better, imo. These also come with a Q5 led.

Anyone else do this with regularity? Any light specifically that you really like?

I swear I have already written a post like this somewhere!!:)

I haven't bought any new LED lights, lately...my last two were the LumaPower Luma Hunter M-1, and the RexLight 2.0.

I've been looking at an Inova X5 - they're not real expensive ($40) but they look like a decent light. Anybody had one?

I have 2 olights

T10 & T20 I think. Great lights. Better than Fenix and surefire and Pila IMO

I have the T-20...Great light! I only have about a half-dozen lights. The T-20, a few SureFires, A Fenix and a couple of great little single cell AAA KD (stands for KAI Domain...no relationship tho) cheapos from China. The T-20 is by far the best, but on high it loves to eat batteries. And them 123's aren't cheap, either. Believe it or not, the little Chinese AAA lights are fantastic! I'm gonna order a few for Christmas presents this year. They're around $ 17 each, shipped.

And yeah, I've ordered some knives this week too! Other than the arrival of my new (to me) Modified Talon, this is Leek Week! 2 in, and 3 on the way!

Gotta love the addiction!

Sounds right...I got a box of 12 Surefires from then about 8 months ago. Around 12 bucks plus shipping, but the T-20 on high still eats em up in about 15 minutes...

I got tired of buying CR123A's by the case with my Hellfighter flashlights.
They range between 350 and 500 lumen output each. They'll drain 4 batteries
in less than an hour. I went and got some sets of rechargeable li-ion batts
and never looked back. They work great.

Oh yeah, KERSHAW!

Mike, I tried the re-chargeable li-ions and had one "gas" on me! So now I stick with the 123's. www.batteryjunction.com has some great prices every now and then...

BW, yup, on high, 2 of em (light takes 2) are at 50% or lower in 15 to 20 minutes. But that's a helluva bright light with a lot of throw and a tight hot spot. Luckily it has 5 power level settings, and I usually keep it on the lowest setting, which will give me 3 days or so of constant run. The Cree Q5 emitter is a powerful little light!

So, UPS arrived this morning with my package and it has turned out to be quite a nice day! Of course I can't add anything about the ZT0200 as it has all been said, and said multiple times at that. Although I will say that it came perfect with everything perfectly fitted, hair poppin' edge, awesome grinds and symmetrical to boot, and lockup just the way I like it. It didn't even need to be disassembled for me to do some extra polishing, add different lube (miltec), or tweak the spring a little to make it stiffer than it already is. Didn't need it though does not translate to me going ahead and doing it anyway! Wiped it down, then used some worn out 800 grit wet/dry paper to polish the blade tang, washed off the current lube and used miltec in it's place, polished the pivot a mite, and then the tanghole where the pivot goes through, finally put just a hair more bend into the spring and used some coarse sand paper to hit the locking point on the blade tang, and to hit it on the end of the liner. This gives me a bit of sticky which I like. Put it all back together, did change clip to tip up carry, added a paracord laynard...red, whch really stands out against all that black. Everything went back perfectly, and know upon lockup you are not going to accidently disengage that blade as it takes really firm action to do so, luckily I am strong enough, I mean really really strong enough to disengage with no problem. Why I am probably the strongest man on the Kershaw forums!!;):D. Anyway, it does take a determined effort.

Far as the Olight, just like the ZT0200, meaning I've had one before and sorta knew what to expect, I was not dissapointed. I really love how they pebble half of the reflector, and then smooth the other half. It gives you a very tight circle of light for a good distance, with great overspill. I did find a sheet of kydex I've had for a while and set down to make a small sheath for the T-10. Came out very well and currently have it on my belt. Easy and quick for me to get too, but not all that noticable.

So a good Wednesday for me today. Even heard from my lawyer that the court date is looking real good to go in my favor!!:thumbup::D

Thanks guy's! If the ruling goes as expected then my days of selling my knives to pay for the lawyer will come to an end, we'll know next week, Tuesday, 7/22/08. In celebration I'll probably go ahead and get the ZT0400 and a ZT knife bag. Also ned to mention that I also ordered one of the ZT ball caps with my order from yesterday. Nice cap with a two tone color scheme. light green on top with an OD bill. The ZT emblem and the words under it "ZERO TOLERANCE KNIVES" are embroidered and are done up in the same OD of the bill. Not one of those ball caps that stick up a half foot on your head that making driving with a hat hard, rather low slung and a great fit with an adjustable clasp. Btw, it is 100% cotton. Now if they will get some of those shirts in XXLard out I'll get one or two of them!!
