ZT's warranty turnaround

Just wondering if anyone has had experience with ZT's warranty service. I recently sent a knife to them, my tracking info states delivered 4 days ago but ZT has no record of my knifes arrival. Maybe it's too early. I've heard nothing but good reports about them.
 
I found the following info on ZT's website regarding their warranty turnaround time.

What is your turn around time?

We process warranty requests as soon as possible. Please allow up to four weeks from the day you ship the knife before contacting us.

My advice is not to worry and check back in a day or two to see if anything has changed.
 
It's too early to be nervous. Just forget about it, when it gets finished it will be returned back to you.
 
Yeah, I know it's a bit early for repairs, but I was just checking the receival of my knife. I'll forget about it like RevDevil says. Thx guys!
 
Sent back my 0350 to fix a lock rock issue last month. From when I shipped it to when I got it back was about 2 weeks (includes time in transit both ways). Turnaround can be pretty quick once they get it.
 
They take Customer Service very seriously. I'm very certain you will be pleased when it reaches you. Whenever I would send something in, I always try and forget about it. Lke they say, "A watched pot never boils". ;)
