Zwilling J.A. Henckels Pro steel ?

So I just got 3 new knives from a family member and there Zwilling J.A. Henckels Pro .

All i can find is there High carbon stainless steel .

Firodur ice hardened .

Is the steel name Firodur ?

I dont know this if it is .

I cary CPM s110v and have s30v aus 8 and others .

I read that the layered steel from Zwilling J.A. Henckels had a core of vg10 .

Can anyone help ?
