Felt like this design ive been working on came together on the last few. The bolster is dragonplate quasi directional mono cloth, so not woven like typical cf. Finally figured out how to curve the plunge and primary bevel in to the swoop. Finish is mercury adhesives m5t flex thin, it feels very grippy even with a glassy polished finish. Opposed to a lot of glassy finishes that feel dry and slippery it's sticky. Added facets to the handle on each face and along the tang, turned out to fit each crease in your fingers when you grip with the peaks ligning up with the creases. Was never brave enough to attempt it but a chunk came off the handle when grinding and I had to compensate and said screw it and went for it. The video posted I try to show the facets.

Edit: added better pictures!

I took the liberty of posting a screen shot of your work. Mostly for those who don’t chase the links. Well worth chasing the link for more pictures and a video of this beautiful piece.

OP or Mods, I’ll delete if required.

Very Nice! Can you post a link to the finish you use? (Never heard of that before)

thanks! Never heard of that brand before. Is it similar to Gluboost?
Ive never worked with their products.

But i can say i called to ask how to thin the huge 47$ bottle I bought from woodcraft, and they sent me another bottle in case the one I got just wasn't fresh. It is a bit thinner when its fresh though, and really appreciated their customer service.
