Yoga

Cool! Let us know how it goes. When I get a bigger pad I would like to make myself a workout room decked out with grappling mats, heavy bag, and wing chun wooden dummy. I really miss having my heavy bag filled with rice and no cushion. Punch it wrong and your wrists will be in a treat.

I can't live with out mine. My friend has the matts. But I have a pretty good weider machine and dumbbells, for all the weight stuff, treadmill, heavy bag, and tire stack for all my solo training. And of course all the necessary equipment for partner training such as focus mitts, air shield, muay thai pads, etc... I used to use the gloves and mitts to train students. Now my wife beats me up with them.

I like the Tony Horton stuff because it requires minimal to no equipment to kick my butt. :p

Yoga is great. It really makes you work stabilizer muscles and loosens things up to reduce risk of injury.
