After convincing my grandpa that balisongs were cool, he bought a tachyon. Shortly after, he decided he was bored with it, and gave it to me.

I've always been a fan of the BM balis, and quite frankly I was afraid to flip the tachyon much b/c I didn't want to drop it. :(

The blade has never been used for cutting, the knife has never been dropped, and there are no marks anywhere on it. This knife could EASILY sell for NIB condition.

My ideal trade:
BM31
BM4xBLK (I already have a 43, so a diff blade style would be nice)

Mainly looking for a 2 for 1 trade here, any two BM bali's that catch my eye can take this tachyon. (I can also get pics in the next day or so). I do multiple online deals on a paintball message board where I have tons of excellent feedback (I'll post a link here soon).

I have a BM42SMC (pocket clip partserrated) NIB AND a Typhoon kit with phosphor bronze washers AND a Dragon fly to trade for yor Tach.

I'm not too familiar w/ the typhoon or the dragon fly, any links w/ more info and pics on them? (I've been out of knives for a while, I just recently found where I packed them all). I'm gonna wait a couple more days to see what other offers I can get.

Some more info- I do prefer a plain blade as oposed to serated, looking for a 47blk as of right now...

Dragonfly is Microtechs newer Tachyon. It should have the same blade, but with alluminum handles instead of titanium. The typhoon can be seen at www.Knifekits.com and looks nice although probably not as nice as a BM or ColdSteel.

Man... you have exactly what I want.

Sorry though, theres no way I can trade my Tach straight up for a 47. They used to sell for 106 when they first came out, I couldnt take a 100 dollar hit on this Tach.

Forgot to mention- Comes with original sheath. Sorry, no box. My g-pa has that stored somewhere in his house w/ the rest of his millions of knives guns and bows. We couldnt find it.
 
Hi,

I have a BM 31 and a BM 30-SPL that I would trade. The 31 has been flipped some, but has never cut anything or been dropped. The 30-SPL has only been out of the box once. It's in mint condition.

Are all the Knives listed mint, is the Typhoon together, What kind of blade does the DF have Black or Stonewash?
