Today, I offer the latest from my shop in Ohio, for your review and consideration
AEBL Petty Chef Drop Point Specs
Blade length: 6” cutting
OAL: 10 5/8”
HT: Hardened to Rc 60
Grind: full flat with sharpening at 15 deg/side. 0.13” thick at the ricasso.
Satin belt finish
Handle: “Granite” patterned resin handles with 6 Stainless 1/8” pins in an arc. G10 liner. Food safe.
I enjoyed this new drop point pattern and I hope you like it too. I show a pic below with the piece on real granite. I think the scales mimic it well
