This “Wenaha” short boning knife is patterned from an original design I developed in collaboration with several hunting outfitters. They wanted a classy knife that would handle a number of tasks, including field processing large game.

Cool stuff. The keyhole juncture of wood and tusk is remarkable as is the snakewood itself. I always want to touch the knives I find most appealing, to hold and examine them would be wonderful for me.
Agree. Pictures don’t do this one justice. It is truly amazing in hand. I wish we had feel-a-vision on the internet. 🤣

Hi there! You wouldn’t happen to be the guy I met archery hunting this year would you?

I have to say that this knife is amazing upon holding it! The craftsmanship is superior as are the materials. Very slicey thin blade with a bit of flex to it as a boning knife ought to have. This one has pride of place among all of my fixed blades and will stay in the family. My kids marveled at it and had to hold it when they saw it come put of the package. Sheath is also a work of art, fine leatherwork. Could not be happier!
