I have a gently used KME Gold series sharpening set. Works great but I just don’t use it enough. Have sharpened maybe 5 knives. Comes with 100-1500 grit diamond plates. Also have Venev dog resin bonded diamonds in 100-240-400-800 included as well. Plus a kangaroo strop with bark river can 4 micron emulsion.
