One for the bushcraft folks. This one turned out so good I was tempted to keep it for myself.
I wanted to keep the handle simple since it’s a simple design so it has a gentle coke bottle shape. I personally feel like handle height plays a bigger role in a hand filling knife than a thick handle, but handles are a very personal thing. I generally lean towards taller handles and slimmer scales. Full flat grind (but still a good amount of meat at the spine). Full Specs below.
Sold TYD
.100” 52100 62-63 HRC w/cryo
Ultrex OD Green Canvas (finished to 220 grit for grip)/Natural liners/loveless bolts/brass lanyard
Blade length: 4.0”
Handle length: 4.5”
Behind the edge: .01”-.02” to tip (for strength) wet ground with only the finest whiskey (just kidding, water)
Comes with kydex sheath
More knives to come soon in magnacut and aebl
