Thank you, I need it order more of that San mai. All of the blades I’ve made from it I really liked the finished result. That’s also one of my favorite kitchen knife shapes.

Doh - should have known, but I am a bit gullible and trusting. It's a nice one - katalox has an inviting look to it; warm it seems and has a subtle figuring to the grain.

At least with your herd, it won't be lonely.

I've got a lot of Fiddlebacks but this is the first with Katalox. I'm looking forward to checking it out!
