Had Joshua Fisher in house for the video this week. We thought we would mix it up and get a knife-maker's perspective on ALL the knives this week. It was quite the challenge figuring out how to film it all, but I think we managed to turn out a decent video. Comment on YouTube comments if you would like to see more of this style with the knife-makers giving their perspective.
