Don't know why, but Wharncliff's never appealed to me. Otherwise, I'd be all over this one. That's great looking ironwood & love what you did with the sheath! :thumbup: Really surprised it's still up for grabs.

I love your primitive finish, do you mind me asking what you etch in to achieve it?
 
It arrived today, :) It wasn't this wharncliff but I can honestly tell you Mike's knife and sheath are top of the line for me.

One of the nicest knives and sheaths I have, couldn't be happier :thumbup:
 
It is a really beautiful knife (just received it Monday--today), and probably should be "a keeper," but the Oregon knife show this weekend really did some damage to my wallet so I will likely have to let this one go to help keep the peace on the home front. :)
