I never can get any thing from imgur.com to down load so i can see the picture =anyone know what is wrong with my PC?

I've been having the same problem with postings that include imgur images. The imgur screen pops up, showing only the very top of the image. When I try to scroll down, the entire image goes blank.
Funny thing is that it doesn't happen with all imgur postings. Maybe two out of three, including the one in this posting.
