Hello everyone,
I have up for sale one of my camp models. This thing will tackle all of your outdoor needs! This one will be discounted because of a slight blemish, which means a great deal for you! Here's the scoop. I accidentally drilled through one of my lightening holes instead of my pin hole on the middle pin, so it is back farther than it should be. The wood was looking to sweet to scrap, so I just finished it anyway. The other thing is I made the sheath using another of my camp knives as a pattern, so it is a little tight at the opening and the blade rubs the welt as it goes in and out, but the stiching is far enough back that I don't think it will make a difference. It will be covered under the same warranty as the knife, so you really have nothing to loose.
Ok, here are the specs:
5/32" O1 heat treated by me in a digitally controlled kiln for a target rockwell of 59-60. The blade has my "working finish", which is a machine finish.
Waterfall bubinga over black paper micarta with phenolic pins. Handle is finished with about 7 coats of danish oil, then a coat of paste wax.
The sheath is 8 oz veg. tanned leather from tandy, with "waterfall" tooling to mimic the handle of the knife. It will fit a belt up to 1.5"
OAL is 9 3/8" with handle length of about 4 1/2"
Warranty
As always, I offer a lifetime warranty against any defects caused by normal use (not abuse) and in this case the sheath is also covered (although it should be fine, but just for peace of mind, I'll cover it). Also, if you recieve the knife and decide you don't like it for whatever reason, you have 3 days to send it back to me unused for a full refund.
$155 shipped to you
