The multi-colored knife is made from 01 tool steel. From experience I can tell you that 01 takes a keen edge and makes for a great Kitchen knife! This one will make an excellent slicer!

Here's the specs on the Black & Grey multi colored paring knife.

Steel: 3/32" 01 Tool Steel
Handles: Multi colored Black & Grey G10 with White G10 Liner
Hardware: two 3/16" Micarta Pins
Blade Height (top of spine to tip of heel): 7/8"
Blade Length: 4 5/8" from tip to front of handles with a 4 1/2" cutting edge
OAL: 8 1/2"

Includes my Common Sense Lifetime Warranty and Lifetime Free Sharpening. You only pay for shipping to me and back to yourself.

This should be obvious, but I'm going to state it anyway. Being a Kitchen Knife, it DOES NOT come with a sheath but I can make one on request for an additional $20.
