0450CF - light to medium use EDC?

The hardest thing I've used my 0450CF for was to cut down some boxes, and I notice that the lock bar will go from 50% all the way to a solid 100% without much pressure. This leads me to believe that it is not much more than a light use EDC. Anybody else try cutting boxes with their 0450 find that the lock bar moves over a ton?

There was a long thread discussing this exact issue of ZT folders (I recall the knive being discussed initially was 0452). It was suggested by some folks that tightening the pivot screw would help.
