0550 or ZDP 0350?

Prices are close enough to not be an issue so which would you.recommend and why? I already have a 0350 s30v

a buddy of mine has the 0551 and it makes my 0350 feel puny.

550 is a sick blade... I really don't think you can go wrong with one. Plus you have a 350 already

I'd say 0550 also. Especially if you already have a 0350. I really like the way the 055x fits my large hands and it may not be your thing.
I find the 0550/0551 blade shape more usable also. The 350ZDP may have some collector value, where the 0550 is going to be more of a user knife.
My favorite knives are the 0550/0551, Blur, and Skyline.. with the Skyline getting the most carry because it is cheap and light. I expect the 0560 will replace
the top. I expect the Cryo will create it's own new category as it can't replace any of those and is Chinese made but looks really nice.

So, for a long winded verbose answer to a simple question.. depends on what you're use and fit needs are.

ZDP-189 is nice, but you won't find a ZT with bad steel. The 0550 should be a great knife based on my experiences with the 0551. It has the rare property of being extremely thick and strong, while at the same time being pretty easy to carry. Plus the ergos are well thought out.

The 0550 for sure. It is a nice heavy duty blade like all ZTs but without the AO, which I'm no fan of, and it's a titanium frame lock.

If you like the 0350 already, I would get the cooler version of the 0350. But when it comes down to it, you just have to listen to your heart.
