This forum is an excellent resource for just about any information you could want. There is bound to be someone with an answer for you.
I do agree with Jim though about contacting the warranty department first, before posting questions about an issue (or possible issue). There are numerous reasons for contacting them first. A couple are - if there is a simple solution, they will be able to walk you through it quickly or be able to determine that it is necessary to send it in. If there is really an issue with the knife, they really do need to know about it and it would be much more useful to them to see the knife before it has been tampered with (disassembly, bending the lock bar, fooling with the detent, etc). I would take what Jim said at face value, they really do want to make sure that you are satisfied with your knife.
So again, contact warranty first, search the forum second, and finally post your question.
Remember, as much good advice as I see in most threads, I still see plenty of bad advice as well, and it is not always so easy to tell which is which.
