0560 vs 0561

You're still good. We just don't warranty the new scales themselves. The blade and all that jazz is still covered. Rick's got some really nice scales out there that are worth looking into.
 
It great to know some knives will be added to the regular product line, so I don't have to jump on it; I want one, but waiting will only bring more options.

I'm wondering if some Vanax 75 will make its way into a composite 0560/1. . . one day before the Mayan calendar recycles? Wishful thinking.

Is it too early to start asking for a stainless steel lock face insert? Or an extra locked frame bar device.

Well my 0560 is finally on its way. Found a online store that has them In stock. I got anxious and paid for the overnight shipping.. But at least I can have it tomorrow.
 
I had buyer's remorse after buying my 0301 several years ago - longed for the brown 0302. Before that, it was the 1670SG2 in brown - never bought one! I didn't hesitate - and bought a 0561 - happiness!
