That does look good. I just modded my blade, dremel style.
I have a couple of Karambits with the Emerson wave and I really like it. Have been wondering about modding my 561 but haven't taken the plunge although I have a Vandalay Dremel drill press and milling table. That's sort of a smallish wave so was wondering how well it works? The waves on my Karambits (a Fox FX599 and a black Emerson Combat) are quite a bit more substantial than that. They almost never fail to open.
I'm not a fan of the blade antiquing thing. Just don't get it.
