Gut him out, stuffed him with garlic, lemon juice, white wine, and butter. Wrapped him in a lil bacon. Then in tin foil and on the grill he went.

By the way KGD, I love that pic in Kingston Jamaica:thumbup:
 
Tony that fish is amazing. I bet it was tasty. Trout is my favorite fish. Your gonna have to take me fishing when I make it out there.

That tree was cool. Found it in the middle of the Ozark mountains with hundreds of initials carved in it. It was awesome.:thumbup:

Tony try next time to put some black olives inside the fish as well... When i go fishing i would take a small can of black olives and stuff it inside... In russia people call the trout the Queen fish. As it fit for a queen.

Lambar where in the sierra are you backpacking at??? I would love to go there when it would get warm enough up there again.. The pics are amazing..
