It varies.

Most of my knife shots are taken with a Canon G12. It's a capable little camera, perfect for knives. Other shots are usually taken with my Nikon D5100, with an 18-55mm lens for landscapes and a 55-300 or 600 prime for wildlife. I use a Nikon D600 (my mom's) for time lapses, and for night shots of the stars.

I live in aurora, Colorado and its almost 60 with snow on the ground and not a cloud in the sky.

Also carrying a benchmade mini bone collector.

By the way, just got my stencils form blue lightning stencils and my makers mark is now official :harden knives.
 
Here is my Nim Cub II in action...opening college mail! That's about all it does this time of year. :P

Here I am in the Boundary Waters. As many of you know, that is in Minnesota. I live in Wisconsin. Sadly this is the best picture that I have of the environment that I usually use my knives in!!

UPDATE:
Hey everyone, I got everything today. It was a great Birthday present :D
The knife is awesome and it feels great in the hand and its razor sharp.
Decided it would look good in purple, Heres a bad picture (The knife is silver, but its a bad angle :o ):
