Got my Airs on Saturday, and all I can say is wow! Same amazing quality that we've all grown to love from Taiwan. Very unique opening closing.....you have two different entries for you finger to disengage the lock. It's ridiculously smooth. The blade falls if you relieve the detent pressure. Did I mention that it's light? Overall the knife is a winner. The blade shape and size are perfect, and it being much less than 2 ounces definitely helps! Also, a knife this small doesn't need a clip. It literally can't even be felt in the pocket.

Pics will come when I get home!

ETA: The only thing I don't like about it at this point is the scales. I was expecting full silver twill scales, but they seem to be 90% g10 (or some other material in that family), and 10% silver twill. If you've ever cleaned a fish before and seen the silver layer of skin with translucent grey meat underneath - then you know exactly how the scales look.

Sodak, I sent you a link. There are 7 in stock, at a relatively low(est) price.

It's a tiny little thing;

Barely larger than a Ladybug.

But BOY IS IT SMOOTH! One of the smoothest knives I own. Also, came extremely sharp, the thin profile and CPM M4 steel lets you get a ridiculously sharp edge on it. Locks up extremely solid, perfect blade centering with 0 blade play. Beautiful little thing.

I agree that the lack of full silver twill scales is disappointing, and I would have liked an option for a picket clip.

Pocket clip for aknife just slightly bigger then the ladybug? Why?

I'm in the "no clip!" crew, but that got me thinking. Some people think it's big enough for a clip, and some people think it's small enough for a keychain knife, but neither attachments are available. A wire clip can be used to attach a knife to your keychain (and to clip it obviously). So, I wonder how a shorter wire clip would work on a knife like this, maybe like 1" long in total.

Horrible 'chop to give an idea or what I'm thinking:

It probably is small enough for a key chain, but for me, that's what SAK's are for. This one looks too nice for such treatment.

The knife isn't that small. The blade has a pretty lengthy cutting edge. It's as long as my Izula but with less cutting edge because of the wharincliffe design.

A small wire pocket clip on it would be perfect. That way you'd have a slim profile folder hanging off your pocket seam instead of having it thrashing all over your pocket with the loose change, etc. It would also make it a lot easier to pull it up, just reach to the top of your seam and pullet it out instead of having to dig your hand all the way to the bottom of your pocket.

This blade is not a Case knife and it's not a SAK, I see no reasons NOT to have a removable wire pocket clip. It's a $150 folder, I wouldn't mind paying an extra 10 bucks for it if it had a pocket clip option.
